These terms govern your use of the World’s Fair Capital, LLC (“World’s Fair Capital,” “WFC,” “we” or “us”) website at worldsfaircapital.com and our online platform at app.worldsfaircapital.com. By using either, submitting an inquiry or application, creating an account or signing in, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the website or the platform.

Who we serve and where

WFC provides private lending and related services for business-purpose and real estate investment transactions. Programs vary by state, borrower profile and program guidelines, and we may decline any inquiry or application in a state where offering the service would be restricted by law or by our own policy.

Accounts and access

The platform is for borrowers, mortgage brokers and WFC staff. New accounts are reviewed, and WFC may approve, limit, suspend or close any account at its discretion.
Keep your sign-in secure and do not share it. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you think it has been used without your permission.
You may sign in with an email and password or with a Google, Apple or Microsoft account. Signing in with a provider does not approve your account; WFC still has to authorize it.

What you submit

Information and documents you submit must be true, accurate, current, complete and yours to share. Do not submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.
We may rely on what you submit. Inaccurate information may delay, deny or end your request.
You authorize WFC to use what you submit to evaluate and service your loan request, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Brokers confirm that they have the borrower’s permission to submit the borrower’s information.

Verification and due diligence

Evaluating a loan request may require verifying identity, entity structure and ownership, property details, experience, income or cash flow, liquidity, title, insurance and other items. To the extent the law allows, you authorize WFC to request, obtain and review the information reasonably needed to evaluate your request.

No commitment to lend, no offer of securities

Using the website or platform, receiving an estimate, quote or term sheet, or submitting a request does not obligate WFC to make a loan. Any loan is subject to underwriting, third-party reports, final approval and signed loan documents.
Rates, fees, terms, timelines and program descriptions may change without notice and vary with underwriting, market conditions and the details of each transaction. Figures shown are estimates until confirmed in writing by WFC.
Nothing on the website or platform is an offer to sell, a solicitation to buy, or a recommendation of any security or investment. Any offering would be made only through formal offering documents and under an applicable legal exemption.

Communications

When you contact us, submit an inquiry or apply, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry, loan or account by phone, email and text message, subject to applicable law and your communication preferences. You can change your preferences using the contact details below.

Text messages (SMS)

If you give us a mobile number and opt in, you agree to receive recurring text messages from World’s Fair Capital about your inquiries, loan or account updates, and customer support.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan.
Consent to text messages is not a condition of any loan, product or service.

We do not sell or share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing. Service providers that deliver our messages act only on our behalf, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the website or platform for unlawful or unauthorized purposes.
Do not attempt to access other users’ data or our systems without authorization, probe or disrupt the service, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to scrape it.
Do not misrepresent your identity or submit information you are not authorized to share.
Do not upload unlawful, malicious or infringing material.

Our content

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about them or your use of the website or platform will be brought only in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

General

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
These terms, the Privacy Policy and any written agreement you sign with WFC are the entire agreement about your use of the website and platform. A signed loan agreement controls over these terms for that loan.
We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continuing to use the website or platform means you accept the update.
